At  the top of our list every Wednesday, when together we pray our Novena to Mary our Mother of Perpetual Help, this is the gift we ask from God: to help us become a community where people make it easier for one another to follow Christ, that his light may shine through us to reach others.

Spanish Charismatic Prayer Group:

Every Friday, 7pm in St. Gerard's Hall

Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Wednesday after 6:45 am, the 8:45 am, and the 12:10 Masses.

OLPH Novena in Spanish – after Spanish Mass at 6:45 pm

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament

On the First Friday of month:  after 12:10 pm Mass,  until 7:00 PM.

Healing Mass - 7:30 p.m. on First Friday, with vigil after Mass

Spanish Healing Mass -- Last Friday of month at 7:30 PM


On the First Saturday of month:
The Fatima Rosary is recited at 12:45 PM

 RCIA-Adults: Journey of Faith


It takes place Monday evenings at  7:15 p.m.  We meet in the rectory at 526 – 59th Street.

Catholic 2013 World Communication Day to highlight Social Media and Evangelism

 

 

The Pope and the Pontifical Council for Social Communications has released the Pope's message for 2013 World Communication Day in advance. This year's focus is on using Social Media for evangelism and "Social Networks: portals of truth and faith; new spaces for evangelization" considers the challenges and advantages the culture of social networks adds to such a task.
